Welcome to Seeding Greatness. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Seeding Greatness website, community, events, memberships, programs, and related services operated by Stinson World Enterprises LLC, doing business as Seeding Greatness (“Seeding Greatness,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our website, purchasing a product or service, registering for an event, joining a program or membership, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Seeding Greatness Services
Seeding Greatness provides community experiences, networking events, memberships, masterminds, coaching, training, speaking-related services, digital content, and other educational and professional-development opportunities.
Specific services, benefits, pricing, schedules, and terms may vary by program or offering and will be communicated at the time of registration or purchase.
2. Memberships & Recurring Payments
Certain Seeding Greatness offerings may be provided through recurring memberships or subscription plans.
When you enroll in a recurring membership, you authorize Seeding Greatness to charge the payment method you provide according to the billing frequency and price presented at checkout.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, recurring memberships automatically renew until canceled.
You may cancel a recurring membership by contacting connect@seedinggreatness.com before your next renewal date. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not retroactively refund previous payments.
3. Events, Programs & Mastermind Experiences
Registration for Seeding Greatness events, masterminds, coaching programs, or other experiences provides access only to the individual(s) included in the applicable registration or agreement.
Specific programs may have additional terms related to payment schedules, attendance, cancellation, commitments, deliverables, intellectual property, confidentiality, or participation. When additional written terms or agreements are provided for a specific offering, those terms will also apply.
Event dates, venues, speakers, programming, and schedules may occasionally change due to circumstances outside our control. We reserve the right to make reasonable modifications when necessary.
4. Payments
By purchasing a Seeding Greatness product, program, event, membership, or service, you agree to pay the price and any applicable payment schedule presented at checkout or contained in your individual agreement.
For payment plans or subscriptions, you authorize us and our payment processors to automatically charge your payment method according to the agreed-upon schedule.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing for a particular offer, payments to Seeding Greatness are non-refundable.
Cancellation of a recurring membership stops future renewal charges but does not entitle the member to a refund for a current or previously paid billing period.
Certain events, programs, masterminds, or contracted services may have their own cancellation, transfer, or refund policies. When provided, those specific terms will govern that purchase.
6. Community Conduct
Seeding Greatness exists to create meaningful, collaborative relationships and experiences.
Participants agree to interact with other members, attendees, speakers, partners, and team members respectfully and professionally.
We reserve the right to remove an individual from an event, community, program, or membership for behavior that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, intentionally disruptive, unlawful, or otherwise inconsistent with the safety and integrity of the community.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, content created and provided by Seeding Greatness, including training materials, videos, presentations, graphics, frameworks, recordings, written materials, and other resources, remains the intellectual property of Seeding Greatness or the applicable content owner.
Access to Seeding Greatness content does not grant permission to reproduce, sell, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit that content without written permission.
8. Photography & Recording
Seeding Greatness events may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded.
Where disclosed as part of event registration or participation, attendees may appear in photographs, video, audio, or other media captured during an event and used by Seeding Greatness for marketing, educational, archival, or promotional purposes.
Any additional releases required for specific productions, speaking engagements, or recording experiences may be provided separately.
9. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
If you separately and expressly opt in to receive SMS/text messages from Seeding Greatness, we may send messages related to events, registrations, membership and community updates, reminders, promotions, special offers, and other Seeding Greatness opportunities consistent with the type of messages you consented to receive.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You may reply HELP for assistance.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Your decision to subscribe to or unsubscribe from SMS marketing does not affect other services you have purchased from Seeding Greatness.
10. Email Communications
By providing your email address and opting in where required, you may receive communications related to Seeding Greatness programs, events, purchases, community updates, and marketing.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link provided in those communications. Transactional or service-related communications may still be sent when necessary to administer a purchase, registration, membership, or account.

13. No Guarantee of Results
Seeding Greatness provides educational, networking, coaching, community, and professional-development experiences.
We do not guarantee specific financial, business, speaking, relationship, career, or other results from participating in our programs or using our services.
Your results depend on numerous factors, including your own decisions, circumstances, actions, and implementation.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Stinson World Enterprises LLC DBA Seeding Greatness will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of our website, participation in our programs or events, or use of information provided through our services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
